Top to Toe Style - Refund & Cancellation Policy:

- Bookings & Payments:

All bookings for personal styling services are confirmed upon payment. Your booking secures a dedicated time slot reserved exclusively for you.

 

- No-Shows & Late Cancellations:

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund or credit will apply.

For virtual styling, if you are not available within 15 minutes of the agreed start time and have not made contact, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund or credit will apply.

 

- Refunds: Payments for styling sessions are non-refundable, as preparation and scheduling time are reserved in advance. However, if a session must be postponed, you will receive a credit note or gift voucher for the full amount which can be used for any Top to Toe Style service within 12 months of the original booking date. Refunds will only be issued if a service cannot be delivered by Top to Toe Style.

 

- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled date to avoid a 30% reduction on the value of a credit note. I’ll be happy to offer you an alternative date and time, subject to availability.

If I ever need to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or personal emergency), I’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.

 

- Communication regarding above:

All service-related communication (including rescheduling or cancellations) should be made during business hours. Messages sent on Sundays or public holidays will be replied to on the next working day.
